Q. What do I get with All-Access verses being a non-paying member?
A. All-Access grants you access to use Worship Planning; purchase charts at a discounted rate ($0.59 opposed to $0.99 for free accounts); utilize numerous worship resources including researched and prepared worship themes; and grants you access to our entire video library.

Q. What is Worship Planning?
A. Worship Planning is our worship planning tool. It allows you to plan your worship service, upload songs and charts, and then inform your team members. Your team members will then create basic (free) accounts that will allow them to log in to the FQ site and learn the songs.

Q. Is there a fast way to learn how to use Worship Planning?
A. We have both tutorial videos and a Quick Start Manual to help you learn Worship Planning as quickly as possible. Click on the links below to be directed to those resources.

Q. Why do I have to pay for chord charts?
A. We are required by law to pay copyright and licensing fees every time a chart is downloaded. It’s somewhat similar to paying CCLI for licensing to perform songs in your church. If you’re getting your charts for free, odds are that it is not legal.

Q. I purchased a chart, but I can’t figure out how to download it to my computer!
A. Click “My Account” in the top right corner. From there, click “My Downloads” in the lower right portion of the box. You’ll be able to continue your download from there. The chart will appear in the “My Downloads” for 24 hours following your purchase.

Q. I want to cancel my account, what do I need to do?
A. Log onto www.fqworship.com and click on "LOGIN" in the upper right corner. Here you will need to enter your log-in and password. Then click “My Account” in the top right corner. From there you can cancel your subscription.

A. You can send any feedback to support@fqworship.com. We love get feedback from users, and constantly strive to implement requests whenever possible.

Q. How do I contact FREQUENCY if I have questions?
A. Please email all inquiries to support@fqworship.com. An individual from FREQUENCY will contact you.

Q. Is a credit card or debit card required for the WORSHIP PLANNING or ALL ACCESS level of membership?
A. Yes. You must submit your credit card or debit card information on our secure site in order to set up your WORSHIP PLANNING or ALL ACCESS membership. Your credit card or debit card will be billed monthly.

Q. What is Frequency Worship's refund policy?
A. FREQUENCY WORSHIP, INC. does not refund. If you are not satisfied with your account, or if you need to change your account to another level of membership, please go to MY ACCOUNT. If you have difficulty or questions, please email us at info@fqworship.com and we will be glad to help you.
