FQWORSHIP.COM Scholarship Application Process for New Church Plants

The FQ Scholarship Membership will be made available to churches within their first year of starting corporate worship.

FQ Scholarship Membership includes:

* VIDEOS :: Instructional Videos for all team members
* PLANNING :: Calendar planning for all worship events and team members
* ALL ACCESS :: Leadership articles and helps

Term:

Length of scholarship ranges from 6 to 12 months; to be determined by FQ upon aproval.

Application Process

1. Applicant must send a request for application to support@fqworship.com with the subject line of "Scholarship Applicant".

The email should include the following information:

a. Name of Applicant
b. Staff/Ministry/Leadership position of applicant
c. Location (including city & country)
d. Anticipated start date
e. Phone number

2. Applicant can expect a response from our team within a week to 10 days of email.
