Thank you for this post. I never thought that I had a story of faith to tell having been brought up in a christian home and being a christain most of my life but on reflection I have been through a lot that were it not for my faith and God I dont know where I would be and this is my faith story. Life is more than just living good lives, there is a world out there in need of a saviour

I don't know how I got here but by mistake I ended on your site. I'm not a worshipleader but I do worship my Lord. I like the blogs you guys write. It's encouraging and I also love that you encourage people to pray for others. That's what I do ever since I know my God. I believe that His love moves us to reach out to those in need. I've worked for 12 years in a company at Logistics dept. I never wanted to work at Logistics but the Lord decided otherwise. It was tough, I told the Lord it was such a bad, filthy and dark place, this was not a place for a girl like me but everytime I asked Him if I could leave He made me stay. And when I told Him I wanted to serve Him He made clear to me that it was at work I had to serve Him. I had to show Jesus. Asked Him how I could do that?! Found out that if I let Him do the work and obey they will see Him through me. I've cried and prayed those 12 years. Oh He knows my tears. After 12 years they had to fire me because there was no work anymore for me. Now I'm at home and I asked the Lord if it was worth it all the tears. Last October I met a former colleage of mine who left us two years ago. She accepted Jesus as her Saviour! I was so surprised. Now, I can tell it was all worth it.
Two years ago my neighbour was going to move away and I prayed that He would lead the right person to live next door. I knew it would be an older lady with a lot of problems. Well she is an older lady with a loooot of problems. But I know now that I have to be there for her and pray for her and show Jesus because she had bad experience with christians.

I think I will come back to this site and read your blogs. God bless you guys.
I believe if we all obey He will lead us to people who cry out for Him. And we can be His ear, His hand, His feet.
